Yeah I follow you a bit. Decentralized exchanges are progressing well and they could replace centralized soon. Currently, they are still slow and cannot handle enough transactions per seconds to compete with centralized ones, and most of them doesn't have enough trading pairs to satisfy everyone.
This will not happen this year, but as regulations are coming, some people will try to avoid KYC and others regulations effects so decentralized exchanges will be an asile for all of them.
I do not know as of now what are the exchanges or projects that are decentralized. But I think it is good to be decentralized since cryptocurrency is made for the decentralization.

2018 will be the year of central exchange.
2019 will be the year of decentralized exchanges.

Do you find my idea right?
I think youre point was centralized exchange in 2018 ang now we should be upgrading into decentralized exchnge in 2019.For my own understanding that centralized exchange we dont have a control or let's say we don't have a private key because the exchange we are using was the controller for our tokens or coins.ut in decentralized exchange we have a private key and we control our token in exchange sites.
