mostly thats some exchange doing now,they secured more and more tokens in order to wait the bullish happen in the crypto market,because everythings now are not profitable,because of the bloodish market,therefore in order to survive the dumps situation they mostly convience the investor or the bounty partcipants to secure the token in the exchange,and wait for the bullish would come.

Security tokens? I think it is quite unclear. But if you mean tokens that have security projects backing them, then I agree to that, because of security hunt will be on the rise and security tokens will be interesting this year to a lot of investors.

It seems to me that there is no sense to link 2018 and cryptocurrencies since this is not very successful. I am sure that the year of cryptocurrency and tokens is 2019

Unlikely, I find this year the price of the whole coin goes down, there is no reason for the market to rise and also no basis to say that 2018 is the year of the cipher market.

Hopingly it will be starting implementing that in this year 2018 because it can be a big help to us as a crypto holders. When that happen it can be possibly easily to find the scammers and hackers because for sure there will be a tracker that can be detected the in and out transactions of our cyptos. I hope that it will pursue soon so we can have a much safest way of holding and keeping our Cryptos to our wallets.

Any evidence to back your claim that 2018 is the year of security tokens will be appreciated. To me utility tokens are of the rise since most ICOs of late are mostly utilities tokens.

I have oposite opinion. As we can see 2018 isn't a year os crypo in general. There are a lot of coins which show terrible falling down of price. And many people don't believe in blockchain already(

As the regulations and the technical infrastructure move very slowly, it is too early for the security tokens to be a dominant player in the crypto market. I don't think security tokens will be very popular before 2020.

I saw a lot of tokens which divided utility and security.
The security for trade and becomes subject for federal regulations.
Utility tokens are created for project's service and not as a investment.
As far as I know, both can trade. You should investigate them in Google.

We can't say that this is the year for security tokens, maybe the begining. Since most of ICOs now are regulated under SEC. Well we can't blame them with millions of complaints around the world regarding multiple fraudulent activities in the crypto space. We can only say it is the year when the time it booms, or it will be fully accepted by the majority of the community of the crypto currencies.

I think I support it. Most utilities tokens hasn't been fulfilling what they are intended to achieve and hence security tokens are more to be taken serious in ones portfolio than any other tokens.

In my own opinion i don't think 2018 is the year because regulators like SEC still go after project that made their tokens a security tokens, many people are afraid to invest into security tokens because of regulation and project are avoiding tagging their tokens security because of regulators, so it's not really possible.

All coins that act as a securities are illegal in most countries. All coins that started as ICO should be securities. Countries have different rules how securities gets started and how are regulated. Until those laws will get changed all security coins organizers will have to defend themselves on court.

I'm not entirely sure if security tokens are more abundant now because as I see it, exchange tokens are the ones taking the spotlight. Most of the ICOs now have their exchange as the main idea of the project and the token would be used in their ecosystem.

I guess the security token trend has started when the bitcoin source code has been published by someone and there was a coin that has created as a security coin called namecoin.
But the security token becomes more familiar with us when ethereum was releasing the network and it has been putting an easy way to generate the asset that have used by so many icos.

Nothing can be predicted accurately in terms of crypto market. Many experts believe strongly on the blockchain and believes it’s going to do great in 2018. If bitcoin shows a great performance in the future then we can expect that other coins and tokens will perform great too, be it security or utility tokens. We are at the Q3 of 2018. I've heard many reviews and commentaries on that even I have heard that Ethereum and some of their major coins would become a security tokens, who knows what it can cause of them but really I think it is not that bad that many people are thinking.

Security tokens, though new in Crypto space, it is very famous in the financial market or public market which is controlled by SEC. Security tokens will be more famous than most of the tokens which are actually utility tokens, as for it is offered for future or physical asset which is far better than the currency in trade and in price also. Having more stability, security tokens are the future.
