Nvidia claimed to be “masters at managing their production channel,” while also stating that they will be able to ensure proper monitoring of activities in the crypto market.

they should be more prudent in their promises or in the things they speak, as the price has fallen a lot, people are seeking guilty for their losses but they forget that 90% of the fault of having losses are themselves, this is a very risky market like any other investment has its risks and this should be clear for many people

For now, the Schall Law Firm is encouraging investors who bought shares from Nvidia between August 10, 2017, and November 15, 2018, to get in touch with them before January 19, 2019

I wonder if this law firm is doing this for free

To be honest, if Nvidia is found guilty, then the whole lot of them S&P boys better prepare for similar lawsuits. I mean, every prospectus makes promises but they're all bearing the same disclaimer that guarantee of profits aren't part of that promise.

They're certainly guilty of ramping up in the bubble, but if you'd asked investors if they'd like to up production during that bubble, they'd have said yes. And they did, apparently, thinking nvidia were masters at risk free enterprise. Just hold ouy, anyway, them miners aren't going anywhere. Just taking a break is all.
