people choose to buy bitcoin or anonymous coins because it gives them freedom, so why would they use this crypto created by the RBI? the answer is that they (RBI) know that there will be few people who have used that coin that they intend to create and for that reason they are postponing it. They do not need to create their altcoin when there is already bitcoin and many altcoins, they just have to create laws that are good so that all citizens of India use cryptos without problems
