Base on the article, it was said that this phone had its own built in cryptocurrency wallet.
As a matter of fact, during the 2018 Mobile World Congress, they debuted a phone that cannot be hacked. This phone also had its own Cryptocurrency wallet attached to it.

I guess the picture that's on that article is the actual app, you can see the 'cryptocurrency' tab on the dashboard.
