What kind of government is this? russia has been a very strange country since years, they are similar to china
Government of the good partisans where an additional bottle can change any decision from a day to another!
I just want to fix "strange country since years" to "since the antiquity". Seriously every few months you hear something different from this country, at least China took a clear decision (which is stupid BTW)!

While the most scam sites now are allegedly from Russia (best example is YOBIT the Famous Scammer exchange of the crypto world)no wonder why their government act like this because the Russians will become the victims of themselves lol 😂

LOL, It really gives me a good chuckle when I see news about Russia's supposedly plans on crypto. Now it looks like they contradict or at least change their tune again. For me Russia will not be as friendly as we thought to be so I'm not surprised by this 'limit' they're going to include in their bill. But as crypto enthusiast, it doesn't make sense at all, why are they limiting it? Are they afraid to lose control?  Grin

But kidding aside limiting the cryptocurrency trading will make atleast a big help for our community as the whales from Russia will be limited from manipulation

I don't believe a word Russia says about anything. Doubly more so when it comes to crypto. How they manage to get anything done is beyond me. Maybe they don't and we're fed video of a bunch of actors. Maybe there's no one in Russia AT ALL.

Russia is rumoured to be starting their own crypto currency based on their rouble. If they put out restrictions then they won't be able to use them properly. Any restriction  can be bypassed by a vpn anyway

Russia is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma
Churchill's words apply to cryptocurrencie's policies as well
you never know what Russia has in store , one day they declare a new centralized crypto , next day they are limiting the trades and so on
this has been going on forever and I do not trust the news about crypto coming from Russia
unless it is televised and Putin announces it himself  Cheesy

In Russia, even the draft law on the regulation of cryptocurrency has not been finally adopted, and its ordinary users already want to prevent cryptocurrency trading. It is necessary to have a higher economic education and on account of not less than 915 000 dollars in rubles to practice cryptocurrency, it turns out that in this country the cryptocurrency will be available only for millionaires, and not for ordinary people. Although this is only the intention of the Central Bank of Russia, it is a very dangerous intention.

Russia’s Central Bank plans to put a yearly limit on so-called “unqualified investors” who are willing and able to buy cryptocurrency, as reported by RBC – a local business news outlet. The bank wants to impose new regulations on digital currency.

The central bank wants to change the existing draft digital currency bill, known as ‘On Digital Financial Assets,’ that passed the second reading in parliament - State Duma.
