What the journalist wanted to say is that there is a prediction which says we are going to see a bull run in 2020 by the next halving.

Instead, he made a mess and predicted something like the next US presidential election happening in 2020 Grin

So you could say, Bitcoin Halving Expected by 2020, Prediction from 2009 says. Pretty sure this forum alone has plenty of 2020 halving discussions predating 2015.
