I am pissed when I read the word "Soon".
How Soon? Where do you rely saying soon? Will this be a month, a year or a decade?
We are definitely into a bull market but if you want to give a prediction then say a date of your estimation, not just a vague indication. Otherwise, people can't trust the news you are posting.

So facebook Libra's rumor has help made the BTC price go up to $9k, cool so now blogs seem to make it look like Libra the most valuable asset when its a stablecoin. Lee had been speculating the price since time, I don't remember him telling the right price but I gotta respect the enthusiasm, he looks at the market positively like bullrun is always just around the corner.
Why this shitcoin Libra always come to the occasion?is this the truthful meaning of Spamming as I have seen this all over the places from Bitcointalk to even my groups in social media!?

But about the topic?ofcourse I am always optimistic on what will be the value from the lowest to all time high

As we know Crypto market is so sensitive to news that even few articles stating Libra's benefits for Bitcoin are enough to dynamise the BTC prices.
I think you're giving out too many credits to mainstream media sources with their rubbish.

I don't believe so but when I see crypto investors in general, they constitute mostly of young inexperienced teen traders. Due to large number of such investors, FOMO and FUDs are much more common in crypto market than any other investment market.
On the top of that crypto markets are unregulated. Due to no regulation, malpractices are very common especially on decentralized exchanges.
So yeah even if we hate to accept but such articles do manipulate the actions of traders.

We have seen in past that whenever such news come like Bitcoin ETF is about to launch, etc etc., prices of Bitcoin rise. So such associations do act as a catalyst for BTC prices.
At the very beginning perhaps, but the moment people noticed that ETF's didn't stand a chance, the price didn't move anymore whenever there was a decision coming up or after a rejection. On top of that, an ETF is actually bullish with how it keeps coins off the market. It makes sense in this case that the market at least at the very beginning took it serious.

I would not call Tom Lee an " perma Bull" but more like irrational optimistic when it comes to crypto market predictions. Every time I see his opinion he is telling that BTC should be more and more valuable than it is, but his prediction haven't yet been true.

However, I'm confuse as to why they saying Libra will be one of the catalyst though, I mean it could be just a token pegged to USD.
They are just sucking things out of their thumb. Bitcoin doesn't need Libra, JPM coin, Bakkt, ETF's, etc.

The only way this might work out well for Bitcoin, potentially, is that exchanges could list Libra versus Bitcoin trading pairs, which means that more money will flow into Bitcoin's ecosystem easier. This however isn't something they think about. They just think Libra adds more legitimacy to the space therefore has to be a major catalyst. Clowns they are.

It depends upon how you see Bitcoin. For most of the people Bitcoin is just another investment. We have seen in past that whenever such news come like Bitcoin ETF is about to launch, etc etc., prices of Bitcoin rise. So such associations do act as a catalyst for BTC prices. It isn't required that Libra will only impact the BTC prices when traded against it. As we know Crypto market is so sensitive to news that even few articles stating Libra's benefits for Bitcoin are enough to dynamise the BTC prices.

Here we go again the expert is start to give prediction and analysis for the bitcoin future but we should knows bitcoin is unpredictable and harder to predict. For me as bitcoin ethusiasm I seen  the good sign in coin market cap and not possible to reach another all time high right now we need to wait the wheel of fortune where bitcoin price goes into.

Libra didn't make Bitcoin rise to $9k, Btcoin entered bull market months ago, and the current price growth is just a part of it - no need to come up with some specific explanations for every single price movements, and looking for external reasons, like Libra or Honk Kong.

We are likely to surpass the previous ATH, it would only be a little bit more than 100% increase from the current price, which is not uncommon for Bitcoin, and there's a chance that it can happen "soon", if he means 3-6 months.

now that the price is rising, the experts are back with  analysis and predictions that always fail. I was wondering how long these experts would remain silent

he is a perma bull.

his analyzes and predictions have been very wrong, I wonder why they call him by that name: " perma bull "?
What can you expect?

These so-called experts would pop out once again telling or saying their insights when the market is already shooting up
but same as you said their analysis and predictions do always fail most of the time.Dont expect for them to get silent because
neither the market is on bearish or bullish they cant really shut their mouth off.

Surprising that Tom Lee is making these statements on an almost constant basis. IMO, ideally he should stay away from such comments, as they can harm his own cryptocurrency (Litecoin).
This is about Tom Lee, the co founder of Fundstrat. The Lee you are referring to is Charlie Lee. Tom Lee has been making predictions for nearly two years now, so from there it's not surprising he's still doing it.

Tom Lee doesn't seem to care about being right or wrong, because if he did, he would stop after being wrong for almost an entire year. He must have an elephant skin by now with how the whole crypto community roasted him.

If they go past the ATH, then a lot of us will be filthy rich.
I doubt that. The position in Bitcoin of people is either too insignificant, or most of them won't be able to resist the temptation of cashing out profits when they are up like 25-50%. Only those with the hodl mentality will make killer gains.

But in case his prediction is realized, then all of us will be happy. Already the exchange rates have gone up by 200% during the last 3 months. If they go past the ATH, then a lot of us will be filthy rich.

He made himself look like a fool with so many wrong predictions.

The sad thing is that now we're going through a bull run, a lot of his bullish predictions will very likely become reality. We know it's just him riding the trend, but news outlets will praise him as the expert who called Bitcoin's bull run. This guy is super annoying and probably don't even own Bitcoin at all. He's just out to put himself in the spotlights.

But now since the US government is hot on the trail of Libra, does it mean that Bitcoin price will go down? LOL. So much for the Libra coin, Mark Z. will have a lot of explaining things to do with the US Congress. Tom Lee has been wrong so many times in the past, specially last year that he really needs to admit that his prediction as based on his own sentiments to appease or satisfy all his clients.

Oh ok, so it came from the mouth of Tom Lee, I thought I will see someone new here. So it doesn't surprise me at all as he is a perma bull.

And we all know that bitcoin price tends to work on a cycle, the last all-time-high was 2017, so in about 4 years time, maybe we can see a new all-time-high, it just a matter of what it's going to be, $50k? or even 6 digits?

However, I'm confuse as to why they saying Libra will be one of the catalyst though, I mean it could be just a token pegged to USD.

Well, you know I think bitcoin ultimately becomes a reserve currency in crypto, bitcoin at $9,000 has only been at this level in four percent of its history. We’re deep into a bull market and people are pretty silent about it. I think bitcoin is easily going to take out its all-time high.

The last time bitcoin price surpassed a fear of missing out (FOMO) level, the asset demonstrated an increase of around 200 to 400 percent against the U.S. dollar.

Lee indicated that $10,000 is considered to be the near term FOMO level for bitcoin and surpassing that level could sustain the strong momentum of the asset throughout the near to medium term, taking the asset to a new record high.
