2023 was a tough year which will started experiencing hard right from the beginning of the year even till the last day of the year. In 2023 we started the year with  scarcity of naira notes, after some months the price of petrol went high and it was scarce too which has affected a lot of businesses. 2023 was a tough year for businesses and companies which many of them folded , apart from this the year was a difficult one that many could not afford getting food in the market.

I call 2023 the year of the strong. Many economy challenges came and go but to the glory of God we are all here in the new year.
First it was the change of currency secondly the cashless policy but the funniest part of it was that alot of people used that cashless policy to make money business people who knew what they were doing imagine buying something of 1k for 2k POS came with their own, withdrawing 10k for 5k as charge Omo see money profit sweet then what goes around comes around after collecting huge amount of money they spent it all in petrol they were now complaining but all glory to God me I didn't spend much God placed me on a higher ground
Bank now want to start with no money this year this people no dey repent na wah oo banks now need strong prayers on them oo
Government and bank police and nepa all the same thing but by the grace of God this year is going to be a better one.

Indeed 2023 was a tough year for Nigerians citizens most especially the cashless policy, even with all this drama of inflation and fuel subsidy removal everyone managed to survive the  stress, we have entered a new year and our prayer should be for the progress of the country and the economy but still we are not 100% sure if the economy will be better or bad this year cause seeing how things are going it looks like the government doesn't want to make any move instead every news day they keep repeating same thing, we can't judge yet cause the year just started but it's better to be prepared not to face same challenges, for example if Nigeria economy change for good this 2024 or not how prepared are we to face the economy cause even if economy better today some people will not see the good but still be complaining or if the economy remain the same we should still work hard not to experience such in 2024, our determination to succeed as individuals matters a lot and 2024 should be that year of our progress not minding the hardship

Omen the cashless policy was a deadly one because it came as unexpected way. But upon all those nonsense the former president and the CBN did to Nigerians were cancelled by the present president of the nation. And one di good thing be say most of the things wey di Op mentioned for cashless policy category, di present government e don remove them finished. Di fuel nai kill di whole country to dis level, dis present government has no good economic team to plan well. Before you remove fuel subsidy you have to put things in order to overy all dis challenges wey we dey face like.

Di fuel subsidy cause di inflation and high cost of living in the country.

👉👉Cashless policy
The transition of old to new Naira notes created a tidal wave of anxiety and unrest for citizens. The cashless policy almost turn the rich to look like a poor. A season whereby you have enough money in account and have no money in hand to spend. During this period alot of people loss their lives as most hospital demand for cash on treatment in which victim may not be able to provide.

👉👉Fuel subsidy removal
The removal of fuel subsidies led to a staggering increase in fuel prices, profoundly impacting the cost of living. The increase in price of petrol really make lives more difficult for the citizens as their is increase in price of most goods and services.
I think most problem we encountered is lack of understanding and  not taking advantage of any situation and silent ugly incident. If Nigerians citizen were able to accept transfer for buying and selling of goods and services, there wouldn't be need for the scarcity of money to be noticable. I think there are many medium of transaction apart cash we still have direct bank transfer or crypto currency payment for those who accept crypto. But the moment we chose to Chanel our energy on a single medium of exchange the more problem we put ourselves.

No doubt the government has not play a good role but sometimes we need to coordinate ourselves in some certing things and not blame government for our failure. During the time of scarcity of money I have gone to so many shops to buy things and they were saying that they don't accept transfer except cash. And even if you want to transfer you will still add charges to it and the charges will be equal to withdrawal charge. Is that not wickedness in higher order? So my question now is that did government ban transfer since there were scarcity of cash? Because they were doing as if there was a ban place on bank transfer that made them to add charges to goods purchased. So I think most of those problems were cause by we the citizens. The part federal government did not play there role very well was the part that they didn't make it a gradual process but made it so sudden. What they would have done is to receive the old not from its citizens from bank and supply more new Naira notes to the bank and gradually the old Naira notes would have disappeared silently but they rather chose to do it there way without considering how it will affect the masses.

Snip

There's no success without having the story behind how it all happened or turned to be that success people are talking about, we have the challenges in 2023 and also the successful achievement we made although the year 2023, what I will encourage us to have have in mind is in comparing the two together, take a look on how far you've started the year and how you ended it, what are the levels of downfalls and achievement you've set target on a made it through, you will discover that alot had been achieved we can point at than we have been through as challenge and still yet we overcome.

I cannot imagine that I will get to 2024 with wearing these smiles and happiness in my face. It is only to the grace of God that we were able to crossover to this year alive, hale and hearty. All thanks to God.

2023 was faced with a lot of challenges that ravel around the country. The level of inflation is very bad and there has no been any serious efforts put into salvaging the issue. Things are going out of hand with the way the country is. The Naira is depreciating with the recession and the rise in the forex. The dollar has been pushing hard while the naira has continue to go deep.

2024 can be better but it isn't yet. We need to be more intentional and straightforward to solving our issues. Our issues are peculiar to us yet we want to employ foreign ways of solving the problems. The truth of the matter is, we must need to be courageous in addressing our local issues realistically.

At this moment, we should be grateful enough to our creator for making it possible for us to witness this day which many dreamt of, not all those who wished to see today were able to get such a wonderful gift like this.

2023 was full of many downsides, from the inflation of goods and services down to the political violence and rigging that happened during the election. We are not happy it all went down that part but we have no other option than to adapt just scaling through till this time is a sign that our creator still have a purpose for us to accomplish and may also want us to continue accumulating more Bitcoin.

2023 has finally ended with his challenges. Alot of challenges was faced by Nigerians during the year. We really thank God we all overcome the year with it's challenges. Some of this challenges include:

👉👉Economy downfall and inflation
The year witnessed a significant downturn in the economy with the Naira experiencing a dramatic fall in value. This also has caused an increase in price of goods and services. Making the country difficult for most citizen.

Although, 2023 was full of challenges but I'm glad we all made it through. Congratulations to us all and wishing us a fruitful and prosperous new year.
