This court case is actually very important, because Craig Wright needs to be stopped. He made these claims to say that he is Satoshi Nakamoto and people proved him wrong..... but that did not stop him, because he started going after the Bitcoin developers.

He is backed by a lot of money (some of his own and supposedly some funding from other people) and these developers had to defend themselves with their own money.

A win in this court case, will hopefully stop this madness and developers will be free to concentrate on Bitcoin development and not be disrupted by silly court cases. Roll Eyes

IMHO a judge can say whatever he wants, as i said it is very easy to probe that you are SN, we dont need a court case to solve it, he dont probe it yet, he is not SN obviously... anyway i understand your point.

The time has really come to shut down all the claims and attacks coming from a man named Craig Wright...nice name but with bad intent as he is the Wrong one on this case. The whole Bitcoin and crypto community has had been giving him all the chances and leeway he can use to prove that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto, all to no avail. He should just shut up and face the reality and not anymore drag the industry into his own world where he is pretending to be the real guy. He is wrong and will always be...no amount of convincing from his side can change that.

No, there are a method to his madness. People has to understand that Bitcoin developers are the key people in the evolution of the technology. They have a wealth of knowledge and the power to "change" things.

A bully will always targest the biggest guy in the class, because he knows if he can take down the biggest guy, then other people will not go up against him.

CW, has a lot of money and he is using that to intimidate people, but now things has changed... a bigger guy has now entered the fight, with big pockets. Grin

It seems that this is going to come to an end now, because the Crypto Open Patent Alliance, or COPA, has funded a court case to once and for all, prove that he is not Satoshi Nakamoto.
