hi, is the bitstamp-account: NOVA KREDITNA BANKA MARIBOR DD BIC: KREKSI22XXX IBAN: SI56 2420 1901 1290 180 still working?

What is, if i have transferred money on this account (with my personal number in textinfofield)? Thank you!

Bitstamp found my money.  Grin My bank did not use the correct reference so they had to manually process it.

Given the circumstances, I suppose bitstamp did well. However they should probably have an automated reply in very busy times.

We will work on better communication!

supert, sorry to hear that you have problems receiving your deposit. I'm using bitstamp myself and I'm pretty sure they will find a way to solve this problem. From my experience bitstamp support is really helpful, they might just be a little overwhelmed right now.

EDIT: Just saw hazek's post above.

I responded to your ticket and would also like to ask you to please read: https://www.bitstamp.net/article/overwhelming-popularity/

We are doing our best under the circumstances to solve such issues of errors in reference numbers in transfers as soon as we can.

The MT103 is the acknowledgement that the receiving bank has received the money, so the money is not lost in the banking system. It is lost at bitstamp.

Just to note I made a 338.88 EUR SEPA to Bitstamp yesterday and it appeared just now 2013-04-09 20:40:50 UTC+1, so all is well, its one of the most trustworthy exchanges out there, I had Bitstamp->Bitinstant problems before and they where fast and helpful to support inquiries via the form, so just try again the support form, I am sure if they got the wire they'll credit it soon. Sometimes wire go missing in the banking system for a week, I've seen that happen in rare cases, then they magically appear after a week usually, but its quite rare, but it does happen randomly.

Sorry to hear that.

Well, my side has confirmed the transaction and provided the copy of the SWIFT MT103 docket with transaction number and acknowledgement of receipt. So let's see what happens.

When the last recourse is the police, you know you're screwed, because the police won't give a shit.

Yeah what's going on with them? I sent over 9 btc over a week ago and it never arrived, though it's in the block chain. I've emailed support twice, with the block explorer URL, and I've used the support popup once. No replies to any of it.

Now a days, 9 btc isn't chump change, but they seem to be treating it as though it were!

Well, on the 2nd April I sent over 2k in eur to bitstamp, and it has not showed up on my account yet (9 April).

I opened a ticket, #674, asking if they had received it. After a day they replied asking for more details from the sending bank, which I supplied. I have not heard back yet. I've asked the sending bank to trace the money.

Perhaps they are too busy to reply to their customers, but I am now in the situation where my euros are lost in the aether for some considerable period of time and I am at a loss what to do.

Really, job #1 is not losing client funds. I have lost trust in the process some because of this event. Last time I used them it went silky smooth and the money was there the same day.

And of course I've missed out on a nearly doubling in price due to this fiasco (sob, sob  Undecided)

What are my options?
