This is a ghostly blue "sheen" that floats in the stone, and is caused by light refraction as light passes through alternating layers of the gem. This stone weighs 1.68 carats and the dimensions are 7.96 x 6.01 x 4.37mm deep. The clarity is "I" or included because of the fissure seen in the picture.
