Some training and guide may point these kind of users to the right directions. If we had a step by step tutorial or a auto bot to teach the users the basics of using the forum then it could be handy for the newbies.
Aren't the basics covered in the stickies? Isn't this forum free to do whatever with users that do not adhere to the do's and don't's covered in the stickies?
