So....when openbacker will be available?
We start from the bottom.
First we try to set a standard for ideas/groups in terms of smart contract, like a standard group contract that can be recognized by any third dapp.
At that point there is an open database of ideas/teams (and a cool social graph we can later browse with etherscape.io)
Other dapps can exploit this database.
Who knows? maybe in the future ether.camp will pull groups directly form this open grouping system we call the OpenBackery!
