Site design doesn't look like a professional and unique. It mostly ends up in a scam. It is better to avoid such sites to save your hard earned money. If you can't find any other option then try your luck in local bitcoin site but you may not get good conversion rate on that site.

It may be a scam attempt to copy 247exchange? That would be my assumption. Like like how there are so many scam sites out there pretending to be Blockchain.info.
