Will have a 1.OZ gold weight, will be .9999 24k Fine Gold, will have certificate of authenticity, may have a replica NFT that is accompanied by the coin. I only saw this post on the Twitter link you shared, there has been no official statement from Dogecoin itself in writing, meaning that there are still many possibilities that will happen, whether authentic or not.
But I really like it, if Dogecoin makes pure gold coins, plus if there is a certificate of authenticity that we can use well, then the potential for investment in Dogecoin in the future is more profitable and real.
