They sent me an email and ask for: ID card - proof of residence and Signed copy of credit card trx used for deposit.

I reply them with my ID and proof of residence, and i also wrote them thai i made deposit trought bitcoin (i posted trx id)

Learning it from the hard way, you mentioned that they replied and they are asking for 2-7 days, who knows what will happen till then,
but from now on its much safer to avoid site which is not common and if you are planning to play again, use those site that already have

If you have met the requirements to withdraw the bonus, no legit casino will ask you to deposit to "unlock payment method". I have never heard of this casino and I'd advise you to stay away from it. Theres literally no review about it and it doesnt even allow me to get in when I have adblocker on(no legit casino survives on ads anyways). Just forget about the 50euros you won on it. If you put in 25 euros. Im sure they'll just run away with it or just block your account. Also remember, if they have asked you to install any plugins. Kindly remove it immediately and change all you emails and exchanges passwords. Theres a new scam trend going on involving "unlock your casino balance by installing this plugin/extension/add-on" It is designed to steal and modify all your browser data.

Edit: I read further reviews, The website might be legit. Anways, please let us know how it went, Could be helpful to someone users.

I don't know this casino before, but it acts fishy. I already played in some online casino and when I want to withdraw they didn't tell me nothing like unlocking withdrawing or something like that. Personally, I don't trust casino that you demand to deposit money to unlock you withdraw it's seems a scam, be careful from that.

Never heard about this site before, but I have similar experience when I was playing at mbit casino. At that time I use their free spins promo and won around 0.1+btc IIRC, but I required to deposit 0.01 and wager it 2x in order to withdraw my winning from the free spins. I speculated to make deposit and wager it 2x, luckily I could withdraw my winnings.
For your case, I think you need to do more researches about the casino first. Anyway, is that a fiat casino only? A bit afraid that you will be asked for KYC as well if the site is a fiat casino.
