You literally will have a few minutes before they are all gone.
I get notifications from several places when they are in stock.
Also, check eBay. They are there but selling at a premium.

what you can do is use a webpage change notification website to monitor a site like newegg.com If there is any update to the pages that list the 6990s then it will notify you.
if someone can find these in stock, they would have bought them themselves to use or resell on ebay

I think your best bet is to set up some alerts at NowInStock.net. I usually see 6990s come in stock every other day or so. None in stock at the immediate moment though.
Please PM me the links, if someone buys them before I do and they are sold out you will not get the bounty ! I don't mind sharing after I buy the ones I am getting.
