Very few people would sell for PayPal to such a new member.
However, you are a special case. Based on your post history, you are involved (or attempting to be involved with) with fraudulently obtained Starbucks gift cards and other things which involve fraud. Why in the world would anyone sell to you for PayPal? You don't "check out" in any category and all I see is red flag after red flag.

Escrow doesn't protect either party. Unless you want to wait 100+ days for the Paypal funds to be in the clear I doubt they'll be many people taking you up on the offer.
