Can you post the whole information regarding this thing? I've got a linkedin account and what's the sole purpose you want others other and not from US? I was some sort of skeptic with these type of offers.

Now he is asking for linkedin account.He will probably need access to your linkedin account to signup on an ICO.That mean you will expose all your linkedin informations to be registered on the ICO.I wouldn't take that risk for 25$ guys,Who knows for what this user will use your account or how the ICO company will deal with your personal informations...

I see thanks about this warning mate. Be careful people as me either for $25 I won't risk my identity as if they can use it for some shady things, better to be safe.
