It comes with a digital certificate of authenticity consisting of a PDF scan of the coin signed with the makers (Mike Caldwell's) Adobe key.
It also comes in its origonal pouch. The coin has been untouched since receipt. See photos below, photos are of front and back, in good light, and also with with flash to try show details of the coin.
