I would really like to work on a custom alt coin, my main interest is the branding and design aspect of the new coin as opposed to any financial gain. As my coding limits end at HTML & CSS (lol), I thought I would offer this opportunity to any hardcore coders to work on the project, in return I would pay a minimum of 2BTC for the work depending, I have no idea how much coiding would be required. I would also probably offer extended work projects for additional BTC/FIAT on a regular basis.

Requirements for the coin:

Wallet for storing, depositing and sending the coins
Mining through web browser (if possible) (Increased bounty) or Easy CPU mining
Bitcoin security standards

Basically I would like to work a coin with basic features of Bitcoin, with alterations to various areas such as dificulty, blocks, reward and so on. I will go more into the specifications of the coin if my brief is realistic and actually gains some interest. The general idea of the coin would be to enable users with average computers, even portable devices to mine for coins. It is possible that technically this is not even possible so I am open to any advice, suggestions and offers. I am a little confused in terms of hashing too, is hardware hashing required for all coins or could a system be set up that simply earns through clicks in a browser?
