I don't think it's possible. Uou could try contacting their support email but realistically you'd need to get their server to comply with whatever you set up...
True, this is the only way to get his money back as it's been already sent to Trustedcoin.
Someone on Reddit said that he contacted them and they agreed to refund him. This is the only case I heard of and it happened two years ago so I wouldn't get my hopes up!

I think they are talking about the "prepaid transactions" credited to his TrustedCoin account which he have paid in his first 'send' transaction.
OP used the word "prepaided" that should be the prepaid 2FA fees.

oh, that makes sense.

I guess the only way to transfer the credits (if possible at all), would be by contacting them directly:
This *might* be possible, but as the others have stated, you would need to contact TrustedCoin and see if they would be willing to transfer the credits from your old wallet to your new wallet.
TrustedCoin service has no access to the funds to make any kind of transfer. -snip-

TrustedCoin service has no access to the funds to make any kind of transfer. all they can do is provide a single signature out of 3 while user provides the other and sign the transaction. so if anything OP has to still create the wallet and then transfer the funds himself by simply doing what you normally do when you send a transaction, create tx, sign, send to their server to be signed and broadcast.
or simply use his seed to sign it twice without needing TrustedCoin at all.

Dear Friends, can anybody help me to transform my 2FA non-segwit account to P2SH Segwit ?
-snip-
I would like to point that 2FA wallet's other option is "P2SH-Multisig" not "P2SH-SegWit",
so if you somehow managed to transfer the credits, it'll bloat your transaction sizes a lot which will increase the total tx fee that you be paying to miners.

This is not technically possible. You cannot "transform" one type of wallet address to another and automatically have the coins available. You would need to create a completely new wallet and then send all your coins from the original wallet to the new wallet using a "normal" transaction (and paying transaction fees etc)

In addition i have prepaided in Electrum App 100 further 2FA transactions (3-th party - company which co-working with Electrum) so I don't want to lose it from my current addresses.

That's actually an interesting question.

I don't know any case where someone asked for that.
There is nothing to be found on the website of trustedcoin (the co-signing company).

I guess the only way to transfer the credits (if possible at all), would be by contacting them directly: https://trustedcoin.com/#/contact-us

If you still have your seed, you might be able to sign something for them to transfer the 2fa credit to a segwit account.
