Yeah this dude scams, don't join his games.
He runs off with people's BTC once they deposit.
I'm actually surprised he's not banned here yet and was brave enough to try and start another game on this very same forum using the same exact user name he scammed before with. Not very bright, usually scammers try and have multiple aliases.
Though with the newbie section forcing I guess that is too much work to have multiple scam accounts going.
