A scammer is someone that intentionally tries to con someone out of something. No money was exchanged so how can I be that. Besides the big guys up top are to blame. How am I supposed to throw away money when they split the price in half?

Please, the auction was final BEFORE the price was reduced by AM. You back out of paying and claim not to be scamming. Others were ready to pay immediately if you had not outbid them. AM had announced previously that new product would be available. It was anyones guess what the price or when they would be ready for sale. You bid, you should have paid. End of story. Yea it sucks but a bid on an auction is binding. You can't back out just because you found a better deal somewhere else. Suck it up and pay the man!

do you use escrow?
You can if you would like. I have done several transactions including a group buy for a 350 GH/s Jupiter miner. Escrow really isn't necessary. I am auctioning off 3 Block Erupter USB sticks starting at 1.85 BTC for each miner. All miners have been tested/burned in for a minimum of 7 days and hash as expected (330+MH/s). Each miner is the color black. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail in the United States paid for by me and shipped this coming Monday 6/24/13. I will provide tracking number once package is mailed. Insurance can be provided for an additional .05 BTC per miner paid by the winner. Auction ends at 11 PM CST Saturday 6/22/13. Shipping is only for the USA. Bidding starts at 1.85 BTC and increases in increments of 0.01 BTC. Example: 1 @ 1.85 , 2 @ 1.96 , 3 @ 2.25 .
