i have 2 1080ti and 8600k 5ghz in my pc. All system take 800w in gaming and i use corsair hx850 platinum for this pc. If you have money take platinum or if no take gold with good warranty because in this time have so much algorithm with so much power need to mining. sorry for my bad inglish and good luck!

I ended up getting the Seasonic.
Going to run the rig without risers. I have one aorus 1080Ti and a zotec is on the way, didn't buy the 1070Ti mini yet. I've heard the aorus takes up a lot of space compared to the other 1080Ti models. I'll see how much space I have left on the motherboard. Might just keep this rig at 2 cards.
Thanks for the help.

The only Rosewill Quark available here right now is the 750w $160.

How about Seasonic FOCUS Plus Series SSR-850FX 850W 80+ Gold $168 instead of the evga g3 850w?

I got one of those back during Black Friday. It'd probably do the job for your 3-card rig. Just note that there are 3 lines of PCIe connectors, each with 2x 6(+2)-pin connectors, and both of the connectors are quite close at the end of each line. (Meaning you would need extenders if you wanted more flexibility with power.)

Count up the connectors on your cards and risers and think about it, knowing that you also have molex connections for risers. (Or SATA adapters, which are rated for less than 4-pin molex connectors.)

Lately I've been using the PCI risers that have options on power. This way I use any ol' power supply for the MOBO and use a good dedicated PSU for the GPU's and risers.

I really like the original HP server power supply (DPS 800GB-A).  They have a long history of reliability and are pretty cheap on ebay.

but efficency is only 84~85%, good for 24h use?

Are those your only options? There are probably some more budget-friendly ones that will do the job.

Unfortunately all the 850w gold corsair and evga are around $190-$200 ($160 usd) here.
What are some other reliable psu manufacturers? Maybe I can find something cheaper.

This isn't an exhaustive list, but for consumer PSUs, here are a handful of OEMs...

Good:
Super Flower, Seasonic, FSP, Delta

Decent:
HEC, CWT, Sirfa/Sirtec, Andyson

Do note that companies such as Corsair and EVGA will vary in their choice of OEM for different lines, so look carefully.

I'm putting together a 3 card card rig. 2 x 1080ti and 1 x 1070ti mini.
Confused about which PSU to get. 750w vs 850w for this rig? I've read that some gold PSU's are just as good as certain brands of platinum.
Which PSU out of these do you recommend?

Out of those mentioned:
I would go with the EVGA SuperNOVA 850W G3.

750W is cutting it a little close for 2x 1080ti and 1x 1070ti, although you'd *probably* be fine so long as you aimed for efficient clock & power settings.

The two Corsair 850W units you mentioned are done by CWT, which has gotten much better since it started working closely with Corsair some time ago, but still doesn't have an amazing reputation.

The EVGA SuperNOVA 850W G3 is done by SuperFlower, which has a better reputation than CWT. I'd also expect that this unit have enough connectors for your 3 cards and risers.
