EVA is a decentralized Uber. BancorX is a decentralized cross-blockchain liquidity network. REX is Rental Income on EOS and will be accessible by non EOS holders.

Lol they are all not created by the developers of EOS and remember bancorX still a part of the ethereum because it will be created a cross blockchain platform that will provide a bridge manufacture between ethereum blockchain and EOS blockchain. That gives a lot of possibility to create an interaction between EOS and ethereum at the same time. EOS has quite the roadmap ahead!

no doubt that EOS will be one of the strongest competitors for Ethereum, BancorX is an interesting exchange that is awaited by the EOS community, but there are also other EOS exchanges that are being built and are collecting funds from ICO.
