Download an archived older wallet from around the time the wallet.dat is dated (right click properties) and use that to dump the keys via debug console.

I've tried -repairwallet, -upgradewallet, some other random commands. It doesn't seem to change anything. Could I possibly disassemble the wallet (move privkey) or switch the wallet to a different bitcoin program?

You could try pywallet to extract the keys and then import them elsewhere.  Beware of anyone asking for copies of these.

Have you tried -salvagewallet?

I've come across a few old wallet.dats from flash drives that will not show any confirmed transactions, balance, or addresses. I can see the transactions on the list, but I can't get any wallet to show the correlating receive address that should be connected. Is there a way to fix?
