Circumsizing males ≠ circumsizing females.
Yeah, one of the is tolerated in parts of the western world, the other one isn't. But it is still genital mutilation.

E. Holt, an author of pediatric textbooks, advocated male and female circumcision as a treatment for masturbation.[42]
