Cryptocurrency is here to stay. Anyone not following the trend is probably still living in the Stone age.
Cryptocurrency has made many billionaires and it's not a surprise that the rich are having interest in it. However just like every emerging technology, there is still so much to be done.
Crypto currency is inevitable and has made many people rich in the last decades. Billionaires are getting involved in the space on a regular basis, even the world richest man, Elon Musk even have gigantic assets in Crypto. He is the CEO of Dogecoin and has many pieces of the coin, Crypto have also contributed to his wealth in the past years and if one is not in the space by now or don't have an idea about cryptocurrency, he or she is in darkness in the digital world, Crypto currency is the limelight presently.

Cryptocurrency is fast developing and everyone on the surface of the earth today try all they can do to invest in cryptocurrency. So many big men or women regretted in not investing their funds in bitcoin 2009 till certain period we found ourselves now. The investment thing is very exciting for those who have no end of money. If they invest 5 to 10 percent of their total money then it is seen that they have got huge amount of money from there at some point There is no shortage of money which is why they do not have to look at the invested profit.Almost everyone who is a billionaire invests in cryptocurrency. It is but a huge source market for cryptocurrencies.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
If crypto is starting to be cultivated by the top rich, then it cannot be denied if crypto is a mainstream investment asset among billionaires. The amount of their investment may remain a secret (or only a few reported) as far as regulations are still gray in some countries of the world. Regulation is still a concern for anyone, but it does not rule out the number of investment or billionaires more than what is in the research records.

I think that for any billionaire, the most important thing is to maintain their wealth in a difficult world situation. I think that these people do not invest in shitcoins but buy TOP 10 coins and mostly invest in bitcoin because it is safe and always has a lot of liquidity.

We may still don't know who are all the crypto billionaires because many bought in the beginning are still holding so the numbers maybe higher than we see from this article. Anyhow the numbers are still low so it shows that market still has lot of potential to grow so if you want to be the one then take chances before the time runs out.

This is no surprise, because from a common man view we are able to understand the potential and how far this is gonna make changes. From billionaires view they'll analyse well and make decisions and the same will be having big advisory teams to overcome situations through other diversification. Long back there used to be discussion that banks have invested indirectly on cryptocurrency, because revealing it will affect their business. Same is with the billionaires, and now it looks like they're open to the world revealing it.

Some of them are believers in the crypto but i can't deny the rest may only betting in the crypto. At least if this is showing how good the growth that happened in the crypto. with more billionaires to come soon and crypto may get more and more demand. The growth can't be done instantly and crypto can be considered as a good market as good as the stock market although the volatility was even faster compared with the stock market.
That's sounds good to see that we have billionaire even if they have only small amounts of portfolios

I guess this is the reason why they become billionaires in the first place, because they know how to diversify and continue to make wealth by investing on crypto which we all know will be the biggest thing in the future.

And I will not be surprised if this numbers continue to rise, as more and more billionaires will see as another options to hedge their wealth or at least make crypto a store of value, to preserved the value of their money and fight inflation. Very wise decision and hopefully, we should learn from them as well.

That is why I'm not surprised billionaires are accumulating more wealthy each new day, while the average joe is stagnant in his finances or getting poorer. The tool that could help people to decrease the difference between the richest and the poorest, that is cryptocurrency, is in fact helping the richest to get more money, while the ones at the bottom of the pyramid don't even dare to invest in cryptocurrency for different reasons that go from lack of funds to insecurity and lack of knowledge. The only thing I can't say is that people don't invest in crypto for lack of opportunity, because I've never seen before a highly profitable investment disponible for everyone, with very few exceptions, like cryptocurrency.

Investing more than half of their money is a big thing, and that can affect the whole market. Even if this data is not that accurate knowing whales, they are Millionaires and Billionaires and exposing themselves into a volatile market is a huge job for them. Handling those big money requires good traders and investors because for sure those Billionaires can afford someone to handle their finances, and they must be good on that. I wonder what will be the effect of this to the small investors, are those rich people get into shitcoins as well? i really wonder on this one.

In 2017, it was a good year for the millionaires and billionaires being involved in the cryptocommunity. And it will be a normal thing to see them on the market, also they are rich !!so if they lose then no big deal. What whales can manipulate is small tokens that we should be careful dealing with them!!

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
Should be expected that some billionaires are speculators too and that they don't know what's gonna happen in the future. Some are still uncertain but having said that, 1% is too great of an investment already if they have billions of dollars net worths. I believe they have financial advisors and they can take the risks more than we do.

Exactly, most millionaires and billionaires protect themselves and take risks by diversifying their investments, so if any bet goes wrong or goes right, they are protected by having diversified, this is basic for anyone who invests.
Investing is very normal for them and most probably someone is doing this for them with just a little supervising from them. Billionaires won’t care that much about a small losses since they have other business to cover it and its actually good that many rich people are already in cryptomarket, that can be a good adoption sometimes but hopefully they are the good whales. Billionaires can easy manipulate a small token, be careful on riding the hype because that may be a manipulated hype.

And this is when you consider that only 6 or 7% of the population knows about cryptocurrency and only 1.5% of the world's investment capital is invested in the crypto industry. There is room to grow and develop, big capital and funds have started to turn their attention since 2020 and this attention is constantly growing. Also some large funds, which are known in traditional markets, are starting to look towards offering their clients to invest in cryptocurrencies. I hope that the next bull run will bring at least $7-10 trillion in capitalization to the crypto industry.

I am not surprised to see this! Billionaires are billionaires for a reason. They know how hedge against any upcoming risk. So it's no wonder that they have chosen cryptocurrency as an asset in their portfolio. I strongly believe that the number will be increasing only because cryptocurrency has the capability to provide extraordinary return compared to any other asset class. We have seen that twice already and you don't need to be a genius to guess that such time will come again when bitcoin will outperform all other assets.

It's all about mindset. Common people goes by FOMO while ultra rich people buy based on potential and past records. cryptocurrency is an excellent option here!

Currently the growth of crypto is very promising where the increase is from time to time increasingly rapid, so that everyone, including billionaires, is very tempted by the profits generated by crypto in a short time, especially entrepreneurs who have large capital who can manipulate certain coins. and of course it will provide doubled profits for them.

Did we have some stats recently show more people holding cryptocurrencies on their personal wallet or withdrawing it from exchange/trade activity? Sound right with OP's report since I could said we're now seeing more people holding on to their cryptocurrencies, including those billionaires.

Whether they invest directly or indirectly in cryptocurrencies, the fact of the matter is that they admit that only a few percent of the cutting edge of their profits are allocated. This is very reasonable because the calculation of the value of the assets owned is much larger even though it is only 3 -10%. Based on the survey conducted, it appears that the level of interest of large investors such as the rich realize that in cryptocurrency anything can happen and I believe the assets they allocate are among the successful crypto projects this year.

cryptocurrencies is a financial option. Virtually any financial market there is an option to invest. This is a greater achievement than if it were used on a daily basis as was the initial purpose. It will not dethrone the Dollar or other state-controlled currencies. But it is clear that it is the best option in the next digital world where we will all live.
