Need specs, uptime, general use. You're basically asking how fast will 300 cars go.

Have them do Scrypt and/or maybe CPU coins. With Scrypt and lowish-end AMD cards, it's possible you'll generate more money than you'll burn (and you'll be burning through many thousands of dollars per month in electricity, causing excess heat in computer labs, and reducing the lifespan of components).

I have a friend who works for the school district tech department and he said his boss would let us. So we have an okay go for this. I was just wondering if mining 300 computer at a time would be something that could possibly help me get some coins

Nice to know my tax dollars could be used for such a stupid endeavor. Please tell us how your "friend" got a "tech" job with a school district when he clearly knows nothing of either.....

How well would around 300 mac/windows computers do for mining? They would be school computers so nothing real special about them. Do you think I would have some success mining bitcoins?

very very little, about few cent per day.
