I hope this post may be usefull to you, anyone know there most of things on the net are scams.

Is there any limit to how many scams one can submit ?

You should offer by escrow. That's not right way to get information. There is no any gurranty that you will pay. So why people will hard work ? It's better to chose a trusted escrow and make a post like bounty, than people will try to find fake ICO. Example I have expose many scam ICO. But why I will give you details ?
