I can tell you honestly that 1% is a temporary measure (until the coming AC), we know about the risks and likely will eventually be 2-3%.

How do you expect to pay out via Mastercard ?
We are working on getting the PCI DSS which will be the starting point in paying Vsa / MasterCard. At the second stage, we can only wait for the buffer of cash for that would begin payments.
Will you be offering debit cards i loadable cards for sale or just payments ie exchanged on fly to convert and have sent to debit card as payment?
In the future but not now, we still have a lot of work on security and API for payments.
