I saw seed-city which is a cannabis seeds store that is using Bitpay. Bitpay doesnt allow that kind of product. But when you check out and chose bitcoin payment,  There will be a link to pay using bitcoin where you will be directed to a site. The site is http://incense-town.com/. The total amount will be listed there without the name of the products you bought. The only product will be listed is an incense but a negative/ red value which you are not really paying. There will be an option to log in but you may choose to just add your email then you will be directed where the bitcoin address is listed for payment. Can anyone please explain to me their system?Did they really use it as dummy so bitpay can still give their service? Can anyone elaborate this to me so i can just google how to build and connect it to my woocommerce site? thanks

What i mean is if 50 euro is the winning bid then they have to pay me using bitcoin then i will change it to cash then hold, so after the product arrived then i can buy bitcoin again worth 50 euro to send to them. But its so much work. Any other company like bitpay? Im not really familiar with bitpay. Does  bitpay hold the cash then i can forward it to someone after the product arrived? So coinbase and bitpay are just the same but just competitors? thanks for your reply guys

Coinbase is the only other major processor right now but they're even more uptight if what you're selling is a little controversial.

Let your customers saddle the volatility. You'd be adding percentages to every single transaction by selling and buying back, let alone all the time it would take.

If Bitpay won't touch you then the likelihood is that Coinbase won't either. Those are the two processing players.

If you start trying to temper volatility all by yourself you're going to come unstuck very rapidly.

I am going to build an auction site but bitpay doesnt allow my product. I was planning to hold the bitcoin to act like an escrow. I will forward it to the seller when the product arrived without dispute. My problem is the volatility of bitcoin so i need something like bitpay. Can you suggest any other way or a company with good reputation like bitpay?  Or theres a way to convert the bitcoin to cash then i will just buy it for bitcoin again when the product arrived then forward to the seller? But maybe it's a lot of work and too much fees will be deducted. Please give me an idea. thanks

With the volatility of Bitcoin, your cash solution is not helping in all cases.

Let's say the buyer sends Bitcoin. You convert to cash.
The seller doesn't send the product and you have to refund.
But .. bad luck for you, this time Bitcoin price is bigger.
And I guess that you have to give the buyer back his Bitcoins, so you are at loss.

I think that you should stick to bitcoin. This way the seller will also try to send the product fast, to avoid .."bitcoin volatility"...

Yes, you can convert Bitcoin to cash and than convert cash to Bitcoin again. Have you ever heard about exchanges?

That doesn't make much sense, but you could do it.
