i need .49 btc i can pay with paypal and can pay extra 3%

You do realize Paypal is highly reversible?

Agreed, I used to sell BTC on ebay and take paypal payments in late 2013. Ended up that 9/10 transactions were fraud...

Interestingly enough, when I was talking to paypal over the phone, they seemed somewhat more informed than I thought they would be.  This was a year ago, but they said that if it was sent on a paper wallet, proof of delivery would then cover the merchant. It would be interesting to follow up again with paypal to see how they'd deal with things now.

Your inbox is going to be flooded with newbies wanting you to send first. If you do that, you can kiss your money goodbye.

Goes both ways remember. Newbies trading with newbies reminds me of that gameshow Friend or Foe (or whatever it was called). If one wishes to trust and the other wants to scam, trust one gets scammed. If they both try to scam, neither gets anything. If they both trust then they both walk away happy.

Hahaha my co worker was on that show and he won.
It was a good show - I'll have to see if theres any episodes online somewhere or on Netflix later.
