That is a very abusive withdrawal requirement in my opinion, and I never saw anything like that before.
It's ok to have requirements when you receive a bonus or something like that. I have nothing against that. But a rollover on a deposit maid by you, and without any bonus, then that is just crazy.

Seems that it is a new terms for the deposit, as I remember there was no rules like this when I found this site long time ago and introduce it on this forum. Indeed it is very bad rule even though the purpose is to avoid money laundering. There should be a better way instead of forcing players to wager 3x of the deposit before they are able to withdraw. Better to stay away and find better casinos.

If they are worried about money laundry I think they could just ask for ID. It's something that users don't like in the "bitcoin world", because part of the appealing of bitcoins, is that it's so convenient to use our coins without exposing our privacy, but it would be better than to force you to play I think. Because this is what they are really doing with this rule.

A bunch of other sites have similar terms, such as sportsbet.io except it's that they have the right to require a rollover, not that it's always there. It's kinda shady that they are hiding it, but other than that, it's probably to prevent people from using them as a cheap way to mix their coins without risk.

Do they actually enforce that rule though? I got a 0.0075BTC deposit a while back, and withdrew it without playing (though I played before that, with coins that were withdrawn)

its not that cheap to send deposits to and thro without playing-you pay tx fee+the site's withdrawal fee
and I should not care about their concerns of mixing or money laundering,I have the right to choose where and how much I want to gamble and if I don't like the casino
I should be given an opportunity to withdraw my money if I want to!
and I never heard about 3x rollover on deposits, not ever,on bonuses, yes but not for the regular deposits
this is so scamy,it just shouts "scam"

Yeah looks horrible but we don't know that the rule is only valid once times or everytime we made a deposit then we need to wager 3 times before able to made a withdrawal. hopefully 4grinz will make it clear

Hm..it has nothing to do with fairness or forcing people to play, it's called AML and some gambling sites have stronger anti money laundering policy than other gambling sites.
Your casino isn't the only one with hidden withdrawal/deposit terms like that.
If this is in ToS then it is not hidden.
doesn't change the fact that their withdrawal  rules are borderline scam
It is to prevent fraud, not for casino to scam players.

when you post NO WITHDRAWAL REQUIREMENTS and then in your TOS
there is a 3x rollover wagering requirement, I call it hidden
and what fraud will you be preventing, tell me?
if I deposit 1 bitcoin, pay tx fees, play once, don't like the casino and then withdraw, paying casino's tx fee in the process
the only party that is fraudulent here is the casino
if they are afraid of money laundering, they could place a time hold(to have enough time to investigate possible money laundering, for example),not the wagering requirement
this is borderline scam,as not all of the players are reading TOS,sadly

Glad OP place this information here so whoever among us who wanted to try this casino site will take time to read the TOS and each site that we will be playing we are now open to read each rules though its really an offensive violation if that's is not highlighted this house should consider this rules at the very first page so players will be aware and avoid them. Hahaha

Nobody in their right mind would deposit under these conditions, so they are obviously looking for players who don't bother to read before deposit. This site should be shut down, it is a clear cut, flat out scam.

I can understand wagering requirements on bonuses, but deposits? How does forcing someone to bet their deposits translate into "stronger AML policy"? I play at a number of big names (sportsbooks) and they have strong AML procedures with strict gambling jurisdictions (UK Gambling Commission) and not one has any rollover requirement on deposit. It's the player's money, he can deposit the minimum and play, he should be free to take it all back if he changes his mind. These requirements in fact are more often found on casinos licensed with weak gambling jurisdictions anyway. If they were really interested in strong AML, they'd subject their operations to more reputable licences, verification and regulation.

Of course players are responsible for reading ToS, but I agree that it still means they're borderline unethical.

even if 3x rollover is borderline insane! or not...
i believe in reality!
if i go to the woods and get attacked by a bear who is to blame?
i went to his house and invaded so make your own ideas!
if i go to the beach and get attacked by a shark ... who is to blame?
just like the bear i went to his house and he plays with his rules!
if i go to Antarctica and put my feet and legs in the water for hours who is to blame?
as responsible humans"at least i hope human" we are responsible for our own actions and the reaction that they cause!
certainly the world is not fair but go to the jungle and ask a gorilla to be nice to you because your a good guy isnt the correct approach!
if you come uninvited to my house you will meet 2 friends!
GOD and my 45 Cal.
you will meet my 45 first and "GOD:" of your choice"" very soon after!
who is to blame?

never even consider playing there, 3x rollover is ridiculous, this must  be the first casino with a no-bonus wagered requirement

In fact, I would say to read and understand ToS before you even register an account.

@OP here's news for you. Your casino isn't the only one with hidden withdrawal/deposit terms like that. Watch out especially for online casinos where Bitcoin is an alternative currency. Most require you to wager your deposit at least one time, or face a withdrawal fee, which tends to be equal to or larger than the minimum deposit. In other words, you're forced to wager your entire deposit if you want to try the casino out. I haven't found a crypto-only casino with that ridiculous rule.

But 3x rollover is the highest I've heard of for sure.

I just wanted to put it out there that the casino site 4grinz.com has a ridiculous withdrawn requirement of having to rollover your deposit 3x before they will let you cash out.  I'm not even talking about any kind of deposit match bonus, this is just for regular deposits.

Per their terms and conditions -

3.3 Withdrawals from your Account.
3.3.1 Withdrawals will be made from your stated bitcoin wallet address. Before any bitcoins which have been deposited into your Account can be withdrawn, the blockchain from which you made the deposit must provide us with a minimum of six confirmations of your deposit. The value of your deposit must be wagered a minimum of three times before eligible for withdrawal.

Consider this information before you make any deposit with them.
What's the problem? every site have their own rules if you can't accept it just stay away or don't play at that's site. Indeed for one of all rules seems they are not fair because you must wagered 3 times from your deposit but they had let you know like i said in the first, just stay away.

One more time makes you think of not to mess with ANY casino at all, ever. Don't you think?  Wink

No I think this post should  make us all to read in depth and in detail all of the TOS Terms of Service of any casino before we decide to go play with them. All other casinos have such requirement for bonus deposits but having this for a regular deposit, these guys must be out of their mind and I don't think they will get any players to play with them.
