Need more information, how much wat power supply, model video cards! Speed fan can and raise with them nothing will happen, they are designed to work 24/7/365/

If he runs at 80% of the rated output, should be fine.

looks good.  just get good surge protectors not the low priced cheapies.  and if you ever use extension cords use proper gauge depending on power and length.

GPU's are powered with the PCI 8 pin to dual 6+2 cables, 16 awg. I have read negative things about this configuration, but wasn't sure if I was OK since they were running at 70-75% power.


this is fine, been using this setup. see this picture guide for the cable power handling.

The ti's need those 8pin and 6+2pins, better to use molex perif for risers use it as 1 is to 1, this is safe.

Did you mean that it's safe to power the risers the way I have them now? With SATA.

Sata cable can handle 54w, while risers can go about 75w

This is fine as long as you dedicate the sata for 1 riser only.

whoops, yes of course, I'll try to answer those questions as best I can

1200W Rosewill Full-Modular Gaming Power Supply (80 PLUS TITANIUM Certified) - TOKAMAK 1200W. Well-ventilated room, windows usually open.

Cable configuration... ehh... not 100% sure how to answer this but I'll try

PSU is actually straight into the wall at the moment. Never thought that part through, I'm going to get a surge protector now. Whoops.

GPU risers are SATA powered with those 15 pin adapters that the risers come with (18 AWG, not sure if you needed that info)... GPU's are powered with the PCI 8 pin to dual 6+2 cables, 16 awg. I have read negative things about this configuration, but wasn't sure if I was OK since they were running at 70-75% power. And if I were to switch to PCI-powering, can I power 2 risers with 1 8 pin to dual 6+2 cables? That's all my PSU will have room for.

hi guys, I have 4 1080 ti's with a Rosewill Titanium 80 Plus power supply. I keep them running at 70-75% power limit and none gets any hotter than 70 degrees celsius. According to my Kill-A-Watt I'm taking about 850W from the wall. I have these things going 24/7, I was wondering if there was anything that stood out to the veterans of this board?

 You are probably okay with what you have, however more information is needed.  Is the room they are in air conditioned or well-ventilated?  What is the wattage on the power supply?

hi guys, I have 4 1080 ti's with a Rosewill Titanium 80 Plus power supply. I keep them running at 70-75% power limit and none gets any hotter than 70 degrees celsius. According to my Kill-A-Watt I'm taking about 850W from the wall. I have these things going 24/7, I was wondering if there was anything that stood out to the veterans of this board?
