I did this, I tried withdrawing in every single cryptocurrency; I currently have in my wallet varying amounts of DOGE, ETC, ETH, LTC, XMR, BCH, DASH, etc. Nothing worked as they disabled withdrawals of all coins, not just BTC.

I don't believe there is nothing that can be done, hence why I made the post.

Dear mate, you have to understand that bitcoin-india.org has been scammed many investors in India they have already registered the petition against the founder of bitcoin-india.org, but no use because of the founder RK reddy already escape from the native place and police also not find him still now. I think you're one of them who lose their funds at bitcoin-india.org.

It looks like the people running Bitcoin India have not fled the country, Sykam Ramakrishna Reddy is posting videos on Facebook answering questions about Bitcoin India. With the recent court ruling in favour of crypto in India, I believe I still have a chance of recovering these funds from Bitcoin India

How you deal with the company which has no official address or contact number on their website https://bitcoin-india.org/customer_support

Can anyone share their office address or contact number? If it may near to my location, I can ask cops to help on this.

Yes because they are sitting with the money for the cops to come and take it away? Don't be naive. Such large scale scams are probably done with the help of the cops themselves. And if they were smart enough to con people out of their money, you think they'd be silly enough to allow avenues for people to track them? There is a reason why there are no addresses associated.

However, if your aim is to punish the people behind, then you may follow down this path of tracking them down but it won't be an easy task and in the end, you have to ask yourself, is it all worth it?

Here is the information I have been able to gather on them:

Bitcoin India Software Services Pvt. Ltd. - It is Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh on 29.10.2014. The registered address of the Company is 1-69, Ballavaram, Veligandala-Mandal, Prakasam - 523223, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Sykam Sreemannarayana Reddy, Son of Masthan Reddy Sykam, Resident of 1-69, Ballavaram, Veligandala-Mandal, Prakasam - 523223.

I think this user will be given the benefit of the doubt for not knowing and felling for bounty scheme.

About 2 years ago I deposited and sold some coins on BitcoinIndia.org, as this was the only site to list said coin.

My account has 20 BTC on it, however I have been unable to withdraw any of it.

I have submitted numerous support tickets over the years, but they claim their 'BTC wallet is in maintenance, and to be patient'. At this point, it is obvious they never intend on letting me withdraw my funds.

I still have access to the exchange, as well as all correspondence with the exchange concerning this matter.

I am offering anyone who can help me recover these funds 5 BTC, or about 25% of the accounts total value.

For anyone that can provide me with a solution that leads to recovery of said funds, I am willing to advance 5 BTC into an escrow, of which will be paid on the recovery of my account.

If anyone is interested feel free to give me a DM here on Bitcointalk, or you can contact me on Telegram @Mamnu12, or email me at [email protected].

The official declaration from Sykam was that RBI had frozen their commercial accounts. Rendering them innate and unable to refund investors and customers. Now, to what degree you believe this bullshit is up to you.
There is no way RBI could have frozen crypto assets - unless they insta converted all their crypto into inr - which no sane exchange would do. At most about 2 - 5% is liquidated in an exchange to maintain operational costs and withdrawals.

Long story short, kiss your coins goodbye.

Nothing lasts forever
I had the choice of depositing and selling my shitcoin for a large profit, as this was the only exchange to list the coin at the time, or keep it in my wallet and wait for somewhere else to open up. So, I never had the chance to keep my worthwhile funds (BTC) on a wallet rather than an exchange.
You should have exchanged your shitcoins to some altcoin and have them withdrawn to your wallet.
Anyway, since it's already proved that it was all a scam, there is pretty much nothing you can do about it now.
You can only try to be more careful the next time.

P.S: Request you to lock the thread when needed as there's no point further discussing it.

There is a ton of information in that thread regarding the scammer and is there a group petition filed if so what is the status on that.

I would need to find a lawyer in the specific part of India, which is Hyderbad, and then a lawyer who specializes in fintech, both requirements together make my options very slim to nill.
There are reputed users from that part and if they are free they might help you. If they can help you they will respond here.

Are you talking about https://bitcoin-india.org this site. You can post the deposit details and what i mean is transaction ID that you really sent those amounts so that anyone who is an expert will investigate in their free time. If they are not willing to respond to you if they are registered in India you can file a police complaint so that you will have legal documentation regarding the fraud if they are not willing to refund the money.
