Currently the easiest way is the ASICMINER passthrough on Bitfunder. That is By DeadTerra and was verified my friedcat (ASICMINER PR man)

Hello, I would like a small loan of 5BTC to be paid in two weeks or less (repaid 5.2). I want to buy ASICMINER shares with it.

I don't have an OTC account yet (Silly me). But I have a proof of funds if you want. I would sign a message proving my ownership to an address with over 150 shares of ASICMINER. Of course the proof is the address being included in the dividends transactions and in the original verification transactions.

Thank you dear lenders in advance.

I could buy 5btc of ASIC shares in my name.  Then when you send me the 5.2btc, I would transfer the shares over to you.

You OK with that?

I saw this just now. That would have been great and very acceptable. Sorry I just saw this.

How do you pay it back if the stock nosedives?

I would buy BTC with cash and give back the loan. I was in a hurry to wait 3 days for intentional wire from Saudi Arabia. I barely got the ten shares I wanted.

I am sorry I could not update earlier the post I was swamped with exams and stuff...

I found a friend who loaned me the coins and I will repay him with this week dividends from ASICMINER.

I get that there are alot of scammers here.

Please don't spread FUD about good poeple. Be cautious of new comers. Ask them and verify thier statements. Ask for proofs and escrows.

And yeah... SCREW YOU TOO, At least ask my side of the story!

Tomorrow you can check the block chain for me paying off the 5BTC loan. Thank you for the people who were civil enough.

- Edit. Done as soon as the dividends were confirmed

No.  He can't scam you if you keep the shares!

He could always insist that mlawrence sends the shares first w/o escrow.
