I saw a post here that people can broadcast the transaction to their full node.
I think that i saw QuickSeller that did this few days ago, the problem with this transaction is the transaction fee which is pretty low.

Transaction fees may be included with any transfer of bitcoins from one address to another.broadcast dont require to pay fee

You can broadcast the transaction yourself 
1.) Get the raw transaction:

2.) Copy, paste and push it:
