try to reset 2FA by visiting https://blockchain.info/wallet/reset-two-factor?guid=(your identifier here)
but u need to wait 14 days after confirmation this will reset all settings ( 2FA , sms verification .... ) except ur wallet identifier and main password

You cannot recover lost sim number. Phone is identified by combination of phone's physical id IMEI and SIM. If you had pre-paid number, Your case is lost. If You had subscription You could try with Your mobile provider.

But I'm curious how You earned negative trust in just four posts?

Are you making stories? this is highly unlikely, someone loses his sim and at the same time there is another person that want those number got it booked? seems like a story to me and AFAIK the sim company wouldnt re-issue a number than was been used by another person before without any proof that he has that number

I've never heard of providers assigning the same number to someone else if you tell them that you lost the sim. This is really unprofessional actually, your story sounds a bit fishy. Also your post is in the wrong board.
