I'd do it for 30BTC(since I can't, as yet, compete with Wolf on the performance of my kernel code).  I've been maintaining Genoil's miner since he stopped working on it a few months ago.  I had already been contributing (you'll see nerdralph in the credits).
You can find my latest commits here:
https://github.com/nerdralph/ethminer-nr/tree/110

I started looking into equihash a couple months ago and communicated with Alex Biryukov.  I didn't start any code, as I was concerned about the pre-mine (or founder's reward as they like to call it).  If I'm getting paid for it though, that wouldn't matter.

If mining starts at the end of October, I'd need to have a deal in place soon.

I was thinking about writing one, but 50 BTC "promised" in forum posts is nothing like 50 BTC in an escrow account.  Get actual money into a kickstarter or indiegogo and it's a different story.

Show me devs competent of completing task and I will spend the painstaking time and effort to organize the escrow.  Organizing the funds makes no sense if no one is agreeing or showing enough competence to complete task.

Get the funds together and Wolf0 and I might look into it. Until we have funds in escrow, though, we can't dedicate time towards it.

Hello,

My fellow Zcashers and I are looking for an interested developer or group of developers that have the skill set to develop a GPU miner for Zcash's Equihash algorithm.  Several people have offered to donate bitcoin for a Open Source/public solution to this problem.  Here is a forum thread from Zcash forum stating everyone's intent:
https://forum.z.cash/t/crowdfund-gpu-miner/1324/105

Currently, one individual that I'm aware of (Ampy) has created a Zcash GPU miner and has opted to sell to a mining farm privately.  Funds from the crowdfund were supposed to pay for the release of the miner to the public and potentially open source it, but it appears that negotiations with the public have fallen through.

If any interested developers can prove or provide a GPU miner by launch or shortly after launch we will organize and transfer the funds accordingly.

Please feel free to PM me for more details.
