I bought one of these a few months ago from another seller (or maybe the same guy with another username?) and it didn't work. My order was canceled before it even shipped. The UA website accepted it then rejected it.

Yup. At checkout, apply it, and boom you only have to pay half. Shipping is free for $75+ orders, so esentially you could be paying $50 shipped for any $100 item.
If it's under $75, I don't think so, but shipping isn't expensive anyways.
BTW, these are great. Sell a $500 item on eBay for $400, make yourself $150 - $15.

They never expire. They apply to everything and anything in your cart. Nothing is excluded.
