if those are physical gift cards sure, you send the picture of them to a trusted escrow, when he checks out they work, i will send him the btc, activate and use the money from the cards, when the products arrive the escrow will release the funds, since i have amazon prime it will be 2 days maximum.

I offered him something similar. I proposed I'd create a wish list from which he'd buy me the good I wanted. Once I received confirmation from Amazon that the goods had been dispatched then escrow would release funds. He seemed to be keen for escrow and then started saying "it seemed iffy" and he just wanted to sell the voucher. I asked him what else did he think escrow would do and he ignored the messages.
