His trust says that the account was sold 2 months ago. All of the ratings since then were for very small transactions, the only one of somewhat decent volume (0.24) just being an altcoin trade. This seems like either an exit scam or a carder trying to get rid of some large stolen cards that nobody would take from a newbie.
