It was a bug related to the Cloudflare transition. I fixed it. Nobody should be getting the 500 error after this point. (Other errors are still possible for the usual reasons.)

There is ongoing Cloudflare transfer progress due to recent DDOS attack on Bitcointalk. The error could be because of it.

It certainly feels like there's always a "recent" DDOS attack on bitcointalk, or am I mistaken?  Lips sealed

I'm also getting a 500 internal server error periodically when I'm going to various sections of the forum; a simple f5 refresh is fixing things for me, but it's still annoying and happening frequently.

Anyone else been getting this? Happens about one in every 3/4 redirects I get on the forum:
