Since Tangible Cryptography got 2 PM already ...

No this doesn't mean that Tangible Cryptography is accepting MP.  This was just me making a personal deal (anything company related w/ use company forum account).  I needed some PayPal funds and figured this would be an easy way to get them.

I didn't say you were a scammer but your actions certainly increase the risk hence the -1.  You never disclosed this was purchased third hand or involved any third party online exchanges of MPs (dubious an totally unverifiable claim).   So not only do you know the PIN code but so does the person you got it from and if they got it from an online exchange (care to share the link? ) then so does the person they got it from.

So even if you were legit the other two prior parties could dispute the MP resulting in a locked/frozen account or stolen funds.

You didn't think that was relevant to include this fact?

So have most scammers.

Quote
"Not to mention I encourage escrow. What kind of scammer would encourage that?"
Which does nothing if the MP is disputes days or weeks later unless you plan to allow the coins to be escrowed for months.

You are a fool, have you ever heard of exchanges FOR moneypaks? I never said he used a credit card online to purchase one. Get your facts straight before you start accusing.

And about me being a "scammer" maybe you should take a look at my history, I've successfully traded hundreds of bitcoins. Not to mention I encourage escrow. What kind of scammer would encourage that?

Just cause your butt hurt I'm not selling you the MP doesn't give you the right to cry about it and blindly call people scammers just cause you're upset.

Yeah, he used an online vendor I think. So I doubt he has a receipt. I'll just convert them to Amazon.

There are no online vendors of MoneyPaks.  That is the whole point they are purchased with cash in person (and stupidly w/ PIN only debit at a few locations).  Next time please change your title to something like "selling $500 MoneyPak of questionable/unknown origin obtained from a third party".  Of course any Amazon gift codes you attempt to sell have similar taint.

Notes: -1 for epiks on my personal scammer risk list.

Sorry, I went out to dinner. I traded a gift card for the moneypak since I couldn't find anyone to trade the GC for btc directly. I lost about $75 but it was the only way I knew how to get it into bitcoins.

I'm not sure if he still has the receipt let me ask. I want to check out your transactions and double check all is good (since I would be sending first) but from the looks of things it shouldn't be a problem at all. I'll get back to you ASAP about the receipt.

Purchased with cash?  Receipt available?

If so I will take it for MtGox last price + 1%.  Price locks in at the time you send the code..

Terms:
Ensure I am online before sending.
You send code & bitcoin address by PM first (optional: encrypt with PGP for added security)
I verify/deposit code.
You email me a scan/photo of receipt with "Tangible Cryptography LLC" (and nothing else) written on it.
I send you $500 worth of BTC @ MtGox last + 1%.

If code was purchased with debit card don't waste my time.

On edit: If you don't have the pak yet and would prefer to do a $1,000 that is fine too.

Changed it to $500 instead of $1,000

Trying to do this tonight! If you are very well known I'd consider going first!

I have a $500 MoneyPak and am looking to exchange it for bitcoins.

I checked out a few threads in this section and everyone seems to be not buying right now or out of bitcoin stock.

Please either post or PM how many BTC you would be willing to trade.

Thanks!
