Do not die for Putin
I have dedicated $5,000.00 to invest in BTC or other alt coins. Thus far I am the proud owner of the following:

1. 2.01 LTC which I paid $25 a piece for years ago
2. 75 FTC which are worthless
3. .15 Ethereum that I secured off an $80 mining contract

I am looking to purchase Ethereum, Ripple and other strong alt coins. My questions is, what is the best way to get the most for my money? Mining contracts? eBay?

Mining or contracted mining are risky activities and require fine knowledge. If you do not have time nor knowledge I strongly recommend that you simply buy the coins at your favourite exchange.

To buy it efficiently it would be best to buy from someone you know or local bitcoins. Coinbase is a good option but expensive, so you might want to use GDX for the coin purchase.

Just buy as much bitcoin as you can (obviously that if you do not trust in bitcoin, then dont buy, dont be that badass)

I am looking to  what is the best way to get the most for my money?

Are you crazy? Seriously you are asking this crap? You can easily lose all your money in one of those sites, they are just pure garbage who are claiming to be a serious bussiness, dont even put your money in one of those ponzies if you do not want to lose your money.

I am looking to Mining contracts?

And what are you going to do with your bitcoins on ebay? They do not accept this crypto, there is nothing that you can do in order to make profit using bitcoin in there.

I am looking eBay?

Try researching for altcrypto that has potential in growing more and more each day not into a one hit wonder coin that fell easily.
