I haven't experienced 503 errors while browsing here on the forum it seems the problem is on your side. Try to access the forum with incognito mode or other browsers.

Or try to change your PC DNS to Cloudflare DNS.

Code:
Cloudflare DNS:
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
Changing your DNS settings to Cloudflare is a horrible idea if you are concerned about your privacy. I would not recommend changing your DNS settings to Google or Cloudflare. Google might have the fastest DNS settings but at a cost of privacy.

Thanks for the advice. I won't risk my privacy by changing my DNS.

The problem seems to be temporary one and i have not faced any issue today. Lets hope its stays the same.

I have not given much thought to this problem, but I think if given a choice between Cloudflare and Google, I would rather opt for Cloudflare. The performance might be slightly better with Google's DNS settings but they will be tracking you, advertising to you like crazy, and you are just giving them more of your data to sell.
No Cloudflare cannot be trusted more than Google. Google track you that we know but CloudFlare CEO has said that they have data that is very valuable and recieved calls off the homeland security about how valuable it is.

If you use a DNS that you do not know for sure if it is safe then the provider of that DNS can see every url that you visit. The Homeland security has said how valuable but information is and CloudFlare provides services to most websites in the world. Them and Google are the people that you should be avoiding giving your information even if they say they care about your privacy. For any one who does not know or want to read that interview it was done by chiago college and was interviewing the CEO of Cloudflare were he talks about being in contact with the Homeland security about how valuable the data Cloudflare has and how they could make money from it.

@UmerIdrees
I haven't experienced any issues with Bitcointalk today, but I remember seeing something similar in the past. It's usually solved rather quickly in my experience.

Usually, that is happen if a lack on the connection between the server and the hosting. But that is not happen many times as I believe bitcointalk use a strong and dedicated server and could prevent the DDOS. You can follow @BitMaxz suggestion.

What is 503 service temporarily unavailable?
The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. ... This response should be used for temporary conditions and the Retry-After HTTP header should, if possible, contain the estimated time for the recovery of the service.

But I don't have any problem until now.

Yes, I've also been getting those errors (which I haven't seen on any site for quite a while now).   When it occurs, it usually lasts anywhere from five to fifteen minutes, but doesn't seem to repeat itself after the initial occurrence.

Most unusual.

Why i am often getting this message today and have to click on the Retry Version for the page to reload. Again bitcointalk servers under attack  and making us difficult to read and write on the forum Sad
