Awesome Thank you Holliday Smiley

Anytime, I don't like to see people get ripped off when there is a way to avoid the trust issue entirely.

If you are still mining, I recommend a pool where you mine directly to your bitcoin address, like P2Pool, not a traditional pool where you rely on a third party for payouts.

All this could have been avoided if you used P2Pool.

Thanks for the great advice guys, keep in mind I'm not crying over here just mad at myself.

I use paper wallet now, I mainly wanted this to be a warning to others out there about 50btc.com

regardless if I had .3 btc 3 btc or 3000 btc I really don't worry about hacking literally never had it happen before.

Do I think I was hacked, not at all I believe an employee or someone there froze my payout feature saw I kept mining away like a boss and then took my coins and ran.

Couple more questions since you guys have been great besides busting my ball$ a bit lol Wink.

What is the best paper wallet?  I've been using bitcoinpaperwallet.com

Also what is the best most secure digital wallet?  while I build up say 5-30 coins at a time before I payout.   Someone told me pool something then my previous thread vanished.

Thanks again! happy mining everybuddy!

It's been about 40 days since they have responded to me via email

here is their email.
Dear User!

We are sorry for making you wait for the answer. Our support team is overloaded, but we are keeping work on getting better response time.

Our pool was under huge attack in october and the billing system was corrupted with wrong amounts.
We have applied our hardest effort working 24/7 during this two months to get back
with the totally rewritten much more secure and robust code and now have reached an
important milestone - now all components of our new system are up and running.
All software was redesigned from a scratch.
We was able to migrate only user names and part of the workers.

In order to investigate your account we are asking you to provide all the information you have about the mining being held on your account:
1. Configuration of your PC or ASIC model.
2. Miner's settings you’ve used to connect to our pool
3. Any screenshots you have
4. All log files from your mining software
5. Approximately dates when you have used the service

Please send all the information to [email protected].

Thank you for staying with us!
Best regards,
Miloslav Miloshevich

Ok so:

1)  You had $300,000 USD worth of Bitcoins, and you left them online.

2)  You did not have two factor authentication enabled (maybe because you were mining on a site that didn't offer it yet).

3)  Your account got hacked.

----------------

1)  You should have created 10 paper wallets and fed 30 BTC to each one, as you were mining.  You should've never left them online.  Most common sense step.

2)  You should've enabled 2 factor authentication.  If it wasn't available, you shouldn't have left your coins online, or chosen that pool to mine on.

3)  Given 1 and 2 above, I am not sure how you will successfully blame the website for your stuff getting hacked.

Well yeah, my email is on the attached image.

They said their system got "hacked" and they're having trouble finding logs and recovering account balances.

Find me at Bitrated
Can you offer any proof as to whether you actually owned those 300 BTC or what you mined them with?  50 BTC had a site error where everyone's balances got thrown out of whack.  The bitcoin wasn't actually there, it was just a display glitch

Wow, did you actually mine 300 bitcoins?

If so, why were you leaving them online?   thats insane.

Once again my payout feature was frozen(nothing i did) I've used them before with another account and had no problems, so have many of my friends.

I don't use them anymore

I do plan to sue them, and take full legal action.

Any other ideas please no computer tough guy douche comments.
